Happy Labor Day Weekend!! Guess what folks, we go live Sunday.  This the 25th year of the pool, so I threwback some memories to those who’ve also been doing it 25 years (can’t find anything in the web archives before 2004).  Thanks for being a part of it all these years too!

Anyway, free entries ​await to the winner of the two contests I created for this 🏈 Thursday Night’s game (NFL’s season opener). 🏈 I created two pools – one in DraftKings and one in Fanduel. Join one, join both, join none, pass along to a buddy of yours who likes this stuff, or ignore.

Both pools are the same and free to join obviously. Link’s below. In Fanduel, you have 6 spots to create a team with a Salary Cap of $60,000 to make a team.  In DraftKings, it’s 5 spots and $50,000. Both of those are the default settings with both sites. Whoever gets the most points after Thursday’s game is the winner (1 Fanduel & 1 DraftKing winner).They will get a free spot in the KO or QBTD pool, whichever they prefer.

One catch in Fanduel (by default, can’t change). The 6th spot is called a “MVP” slot and whoever you play there will cost 1.5x their normal salary cost, but you get 1.5x the points. They explain it.
